About the role

The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience advising, litigating, and investigating employment and labor issues, and drafting and reviewing employment policies and employment-related documents. The ideal candidate will also have some experience with respect to the employment aspects of business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions. Strong academic credentials and excellent written and oral communication skills are prerequisites. Trial experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Experience with employment aspects of business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions

Requirements

Candidates must be self-starters with the ability to work individually and in teams.

Qualifications

Qualified candidates must have a law degree and be licensed to practice law in New Jersey.
