New York Store Operations Associate

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing appropriate solutions while delivering a standout customer experience.
• Interact face to face with customers, providing excellent service, and building rapport.
• Meet monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walk the property to perform daily operational tasks including lock checks and showing units to customers.
• Renting self-storage units, selling store merchandise, managing the leasing process, accepting payments utilizing our Point-of-Sale System (POS), completing daily bank deposits, and making courtesy calls to customers regarding late payments.

Requirements

• A positive and outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.
• Experience in delivering high quality customer service to a diverse customer market.
• A self-driven mindset with strong operational focus.
• Basic computer skills including MS office products.
• The ability to work Saturdays and Sundays.

• You must have the ability to work Saturdays and Sundays.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future sponsorship.

Pay

$19.00 - $21.00 per hour depending on experience plus bonus opportunities

Schedule

Primarily daytime hours with store hours between 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. with occasional Saturdays and Sundays.
