Responsibilities
- Developing customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing appropriate solutions while delivering a standout customer experience.
- Interacting face to face with customers, providing excellent service, and building rapport.
- Maintaining customer relationships through regular communication and follow-up.
- Meeting monthly sales goals and metrics.
- Walking the property to perform daily operational tasks including lock checks and showing units to customers.
- Renting self-storage units, selling store merchandise, managing the leasing process, accepting payments utilizing our Point-of-Sale System (POS), completing daily bank deposits, and making courtesy calls to customers regarding late payments.
- Maintaining the physical condition of the property, including cleaning units and store grounds, opening and closing storage doors (up to 50 lbs.), mopping, sweeping, changing light bulbs, cleaning out storage units, and maintaining a clean and safe facility.
- Ensuring compliance with company guidelines for cleanliness, safety, and organization.
Qualifications
- A positive and outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.
- Experience in delivering high quality customer service to a diverse customer market.
- A self-driven mindset with strong operational focus.
- Basic computer skills including MS office products.
- The ability to work Saturdays and Sundays.
- The ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future sponsorship.

Pay
$19.00 - $21.00 per hour depending on experience plus bonus opportunities.
Schedule
Primarily daytime hours with store hours between 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., with flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays.
