Requirements

• Excellent academic credentials from an accredited law school
• Strong organizational, analytical, writing, oral communication, and people skills
• Thrives in a collaborative environment working closely with other lawyers (both partners and associates) and clients
• Admitted to practice in New York

Qualifications

• Notable experience representing clients in high-profile financings for premier professional sports franchises across all major sports leagues in the United States and Europe
• Experience in complex energy, infrastructure, and project finance transactions
