About the role
Hunton seeks an attorney with at least four years of project finance experience to join the Energy and Infrastructure team in a full-time partnership-track associate position in our New York office.
Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and counsel on project finance matters
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions
- Collaborate with other attorneys and professionals to deliver comprehensive legal services
- Advise on regulatory compliance and risk management strategies
- Prepare and review legal documents and contracts
- Participate in client meetings and presentations
Requirements
- Prior experience at a national or international law firm
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrate initiative and potential for leadership
- Judgment and confidence to work independently with clients and colleagues
Qualifications
- New York bar membership preferred, required within one year of joining the firm

Pay
The expected salary range for this position for full-time on-track associates is $310,000 to $435,000. Actual salary offers may vary based on a number of factors, including but not limited to, education, training, skill sets, licensure and certifications, practice area, experience, internal equity, and market data.
