This role is available in our Houston office. We’ll Trust You To Perform financial analyses and create models
Prepare and create client presentations and meeting materials
Interact with client senior executives
Help to manage deal processes
Mentor and coach Analyst bankers

Requirements

• At least one year of investment banking experience at the associate level (or an equivalent level of experience at a corporate law firm or in the Power, Energy & Infrastructure Industry)
• Strong interest in Power/Energy/Infrastructure investment banking
• Top academic performance with comfort operating in an environment which values initiative, creativity, maturity, and poise
• Strong quantitative background and analytical skills coupled with attention to detail
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills with ability to multi-task
• Motivation to work as a team player and contribute to a positive team culture

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• An MBA and/or JD would be an asset

Pay

The base salary range for this role is approximately $185,000 - $250,000 USD. Various factors contribute to determining the actual base compensation offered, including but not limited to the applicant’s years of relevant experience, career tenure, qualifications, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and relevant skills for the role.
