New Vehicle Product Specialist

We offer free new car demos and are seeking a New Vehicle Product Specialist at Szott Ford in Holly, one of the fastest-growing dealerships in Oakland County. Ideal candidates are currently working in a dealership, restaurant, or retail establishment.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with employees and customers to develop relationships and enhance the sales process
• Build rapport with customers to establish a customer network
• Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals
• Manage all aspects of the sales department
• Aid customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
• Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospects

Requirements

• Comfortable with compensation based on commission sales
• Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
• Clean and valid driver's license
• Willingness to submit to a drug screen prior to employment
