New Vehicle Sales & Leasing Consultant

Responsibilities

• Exhibit consultative selling skills.
• Absorb and share knowledge about product offerings, optional packages, and latest technologies.
• Nurture relationships to build long-term client loyalty.
• Perform high-quality demonstrations of new vehicles.
• Accurately and efficiently process/sign all legally required paperwork.
• Collaborate with the Finance Department to present and sell financing options and F&I products.
• Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referrals.
• Overcome objections and thrive in sales situations.
• Leverage CRM and DMS dealership systems to track sales leads and customer follow up activities.
• Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
• Bring a positive attitude and 'A' game to work every day.

Qualifications

• Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced negotiation, selling, and closing skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing environments and customer demands.
• Proficiency with various industry software including DMS, CRM, and others.
• Previous sales/customer experience and previous dealership experience (a plus).

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• Acceptable driving record and valid driver’s license.
