Location: Remote Offsite Location (if applicable): This remote position is open only to candidates who reside in New Mexico.

Qualifications Required

  • High School diploma + 1 years of relevant experience, or higher degree.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Technical Connectivity Requirements: Stable, low-latency internet connection capable of supporting continuous voice communications without interruption. Wired Ethernet is strongly preferred due to its reliability and call quality. Equivalent wired or business-grade connections may be acceptable if they meet all performance and stability requirements. Consumer Wi-Fi–only connections (without a hardwired device connection) are not accepted.
