Whether you're new to car sales or an experienced professional, we offer a path to six-figure earnings with no ceiling. For New Sales Professionals
We break the outdated "car sales guy" stereotype. You’ll receive structured training with guaranteed pay ($25/hour for 30 days) and no commission risk while learning. The SVG Phoenix Process includes role-play, coaching, and recorded practice to teach you every step of the deal—from greeting to delivery—without handing customers off or disappearing into a back office.
After training, you move to uncapped commission. Our top performers, including those who started with zero experience, are already earning well into six figures.
For Experienced Sales Professionals
Tired of splitting deals with finance managers or playing games with customers? Here, you keep the entire commission for every deal you close—no splits, no handoffs. Our top reps are earning well into six figures at a growing dealership group. You’ll also have real advancement opportunities into management or larger stores, along with full benefits.

Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean background check
- Automotive sales experience preferred (but not required)
