Responsibilities
Commendable leadership skills are essential. Manage a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff. Oversee daily operations, ensuring high standards of customer service and food quality. Collaborate with the executive chef to develop and implement new menu items. Develop and maintain positive relationships with local suppliers and vendors.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of restaurant management experience. Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business administration, or related field preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings. Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Qualifications
Ability to manage a team effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with point-of-sale systems. Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
