LV Petroleum is searching for Assistant General Managers and General Managers for two iconic brands within our brand new travel center in Seminole. If you thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment and enjoy leading teams while delivering great food and service, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service.
• Prepare and serve high-quality food to Sbarro standards.
• Support daily restaurant operations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized restaurant.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Lead and motivate team members to achieve operational goals.
• Lead day-to-day restaurant operations.
• Manage scheduling, labor, inventory, and food costs.
• Train, coach, and develop team members.
• Ensure excellent food quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Support recruiting, hiring, and onboarding.
