New Resident or Pediatrics PT or Full-time Seasoned Pediatrician

About the role
This Pediatrician will examine patients, take medical histories, prescribe medications, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and counsel patients on diet, hygiene, and preventive healthcare. Hours will be determined collaboratively by the Medical Director and the new Pediatrician.
Responsibilities
- Perform assessments and diagnoses of patients and offer appropriate treatment
- Provide care in an age-appropriate manner
- Review and develop patient educational material
- Supervise Nurse Practitioners on staff as needed
- Develop and uphold a program for quality assurance within the clinic
- Maintain scheduled hours for extended clinic availability and flexibility as the clinic expands
Requirements
- MD or DO degree
- 1–5+ years’ experience in pediatric medicine
- Licensed in the state of Florida
- Board certified through the American Board of Pediatrics
- DEA certified
- Experience with EHR (electronic health records)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Bilingual preferred (Spanish not required)

Pay
Full-time compensation is $190K with benefits. Part-time/PRN pay varies based on the number of days worked per week.
