Pediatrician — Full Time

About the role

We are seeking Full Time Pediatricians to join our welcoming and diverse community of Northwell providers. GoHealth Urgent Care is a different kind of practice, partnering with Northwell Health to reach beyond the episodic patient treatment of traditional urgent care.

Responsibilities

• Work in our Pediatric Urgent Care centers on a Full-time basis
• Travel to ALL 3 PEDS centers located in Elwood, Hewlett, and Lake Success
• Shift: 10am-10pm
• Must be able to work 12 shifts per 4-week block
• Provide care in a welcoming and diverse community
• Offer innovative and integrated health services through state-of-the-art technology
• Participate in a network of over 50 urgent care centers throughout the New York City metro area and Long Island

Requirements

• Board Certified in Pediatrics
• 1-2 years of experience in either an urgent care or emergency room setting
• Comfortable with minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints, etc.), reading EKGs and X-rays
• Complete Northwell GoHealth Training and Competency on how to perform Plain films within 90 days of hire
• Dual Licensure in NY & CT REQUIRED

Pay

$125- $150/hr. (specialty training & experience-based range)

Schedule

Shift: 10am-10pm
