Physical Therapist - Pediatrics (Full Time)

Position Overview: Provides specialized pediatric physical therapy care by evaluating, developing treatment plans, implementing evidence-based interventions, and coordinating discharge for a full caseload. Key Responsibilities Conduct therapy evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver patient education.Manage administrative duties including documentation, billing, and scheduling.Communicate professionally and supervise support staff.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize clinical and financial outcomes.Coordinate with leadership and referring physicians for cohesive patient care.Maintain compliance with organizational policies and ethical standards.Optional: Serve as a clinical instructor and participate in departmental committees.Provide outpatient pediatric care, including working with schools, daycare centers, and evaluating seating/equipment needs.Maintain pediatric pelvic floor certification if applicable. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in physical therapy from an accredited program.Current state licensure in physical therapy.Strong communication, professionalism, and teamwork skills.Desire to work flexibly across departments and participate in continuing education and leadership opportunities.
