New Home Counselor Associate

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Maintains model homes and communities to the highest standards
• Mainters customer service goals and sales performance metrics
• Generates leads from various sources
• Maintains positive Realtor relationships
• Coordinates customer meetings with other departments as part of the home buying journey
• Visits competitor communities and conducts a Competitive Market Analysis

Education & Experience

• Valid Driver’s License in State of employment
• Where required, a valid Real Estate license for the state of operation
• Previous sales experience preferred

Skills & Abilities

• Accountable to meet monthly sales goals
• Follows a planned sales presentation
• Conveys Beazer Homes communities, product, promotions, purchase agreement, and processes
• Clears and succinctly conveys information both in writing and face to face encounters
• Adapts quickly to change

Physical Requirements

• Works in the sales office of the model home or temporary sales offices
• Visits and guides buyers through lots, homesites, and communities in various phases of completion
• Vests in proper footwear, hard hats, safety vests as required on active construction sites
