Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintains model homes and communities to the highest standards
- Mainters customer service goals and sales performance metrics
- Generates leads from various sources
- Maintains positive Realtor relationships
- Coordinates customer meetings with other departments as part of the home buying journey
- Visits competitor communities and conducts a Competitive Market Analysis
Education & Experience
- Valid Driver’s License in State of employment
- Where required, a valid Real Estate license for the state of operation
- Previous sales experience preferred
Skills & Abilities
- Accountable to meet monthly sales goals
- Follows a planned sales presentation
- Conveys Beazer Homes communities, product, promotions, purchase agreement, and processes
- Clears and succinctly conveys information both in writing and face to face encounters
- Adapts quickly to change
Physical Requirements
- Works in the sales office of the model home or temporary sales offices
- Visits and guides buyers through lots, homesites, and communities in various phases of completion
- Visits neighboring communities for competitors information and remote locations for training
- Wears safety equipment that includes proper footwear, hard hats, safety vests as required on active construction sites

- May be required to perform duties outside of normal responsibilities
