Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintains model homes and communities to the highest standards
- Mainters customer service goals and sales performance metrics
- Generates leads from various sources
- Maintains positive Realtor relationships
- Coordinates customer meetings with other departments as part of the home buying journey
- Visits competitor communities and conducts a Competitive Market Analysis
Education & Experience
- Valid Driver’s License in State of employment
- Where required, a valid Real Estate license for the state of operation
- Previous sales experience preferred
Skills & Abilities
- Able to meet monthly sales goals
- Able to work in the sales office and temporary sales offices
- Able to visit and guide buyers through lots, homesites, and communities
- Able to adapt to change
- Able to utilize computers and related technology
- Able to convey information in writing and face to face encounters
- Able to learn and convey Beazer Homes communities, product, promotions, purchase agreement, and processes
Physical Requirements
- Able to work in various temperature and noise levels
- Able to wear safety equipment on active construction sites

- May be required to perform duties outside of normal responsibilities
