New Hire - Production Associate
Pay Rate: $27.73/hr, plus $0.50 shift differential
About the role
The Production Associate will perform counting and stacking finished product, read factory orders, accurately read gauges and other test equipment, utilize basic shop math for inspections, and complete quality and administrative documents while following directions.
Additional duties include clean-up functions such as blowing down the machine, wiping off shafts, cleaning ink systems, vacuuming and sweeping the machine area, and picking up and shredding scrap.
Requirements
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Manufacturing experience in the corrugated industry (preferred)

Full-Time - 3rd Shift (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
Pay
Sign-on/Retention Bonus: $500 after 30 days, $500 after 6 months, $500 after 1 year, and an additional bonus at 2 years.
