Production Associate - New Hire

Full-Time, Hourly – 2nd Shift (3 p.m. to 11 p.m.) or 3rd Shift (11 p.m. to 7 a.m.)
About the role
Our General Helpers assist operators with machine operations. You will receive hands-on training and ongoing learning opportunities to become a qualified Operator. Shifts are 8–12 hours; reliable attendance, safe work practices, and the ability to follow work orders and machine instructions are required.
Responsibilities
- Perform quality checks and maintain machine cleanliness
- Complete housekeeping tasks to ensure a clean, safe work area
- Monitor and reduce waste while meeting company production goals
Requirements
- Knowledge of safe work practices
- Basic math skills, including the ability to read a tape measure
- Attention to detail
- Ability to read, review, and understand work orders
- Team-oriented mindset to achieve shared goals
- Mechanical aptitude (preferred)
