New Hampshire Probate Attorney (Contract and Fully Remote)
We are seeking an experienced probate and/or trust & estates attorney to work flexible hours while maintaining the sophistication of a solo practice. This unique opportunity involves working with a modern estate settlement company.
About the Role
This is a fully remote, part-time contract position for attorneys licensed in New Hampshire with 5+ years of experience handling probate and administration proceedings. You will work with a modern estate settlement company, leveraging your knowledge of local and jurisdictional rules governing the probate process.
Responsibilities
- Handle probate matters, including administration proceedings
- Complete probate forms and supplemental court filings, such as Inventory and Appraisal, Accounting, and Final Distribution documents
- Ensure compliance with jurisdictional rules and filing requirements
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience handling probate matters
- Knowledge of appropriate forms and filing requirements based on jurisdictional rules
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Excellent academic credentials
- Outstanding references
- Licensed and in good standing in New Hampshire
Pay
The annualized pay for this contract position ranges from $150,000 to $210,000 when calculated on a full-time basis. Pay is determined by factors including work experience, qualifications, credentials, location, market supply/demand, and candidate preferences.
Schedule
Part-time, likely 5 to 15 hours per week.
