Wisconsin Probate Attorney (Contract and Fully Remote)
We are seeking an experienced probate and/or trust & estates attorney located in Wisconsin for a unique, flexible contract opportunity with a modern estate settlement company. Ideal candidates are solo practitioners with a Wisconsin license and 5+ years of experience in probate and administration proceedings, including knowledge of local jurisdictional rules.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience handling probate matters in Wisconsin
- Knowledge of appropriate forms and filing requirements based on jurisdictional rules
- Experience completing probate forms and supplemental court filings, including but not limited to Inventory and Appraisal, Accounting, and Final Distribution documents
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Excellent academic credentials
- Outstanding references
- Licensed and in good standing in Wisconsin

Pay
The annualized pay for this contract position ranges from $150,000 to $210,000 when calculated on a full-time basis. Pay is based on multiple factors including work experience, qualifications, credentials, location, market supply/demand, and candidate preference.
