We're seeking compassionate, motivated New Graduate Registered Nurses who are ready to begin their professional nursing journey in a supportive, high-quality healthcare environment.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• Eligible for or currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Louisiana
• BLS certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)

What You Will Do

• Performing comprehensive patient assessments and documenting findings in the medical record
• Participating in the development and implementation of individualized plans of care
• Administering medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and nursing standards
• Collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to support optimal patient outcomes
• Upholding Baton Rouge General policies related to safety, infection prevention, and patient confidentiality
• Demonstrating Everyday Excellence values in all patient, family, and team interactions

Requirements

• Job Requirement _Graduating Nursing School from a RN Program within 90 days._
