Role: RN Resident in a 12-month Nurse Residency Program designed for new graduate RNs with less than six months of experience. Responsibilities: Perform the nursing process, deliver patient and family-centered care, coordinate care through effective partnerships, and uphold standards of practice and ethics.Support & Development: Participate in specialty/service line programs, NRP sessions, and undergo sequential orientation phases including system, core, and specialty onboarding.Supervision & Collaboration: Work under the guidance of Unit Managers, Educators, Preceptors, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure excellent patient care.Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited nursing school, with a preferred BSN; active RN license (single or multi-state); BLS certification; and relevant certifications required upon hire.Skills: Critical thinking, clinical skills, cultural competence, effective communication, and adherence to standards of care and ethical practices.
