About the role

Seaside Skilled Rehabilitation Center is seeking new graduates or those currently enrolled in accredited nursing programs to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring exceptional care, excellent bedside manner, problem-solving skills, and a team-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and professional care to patients in a variety of specialized areas including Bariatric Care, Cardiac Care, Dialysis, Orthopedic & Joint Replacement Care, Stroke Therapy, and Wound Care.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care plans and ensure continuity of care.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Recent graduation from an accredited nursing program or currently enrolled.
• Current CPR certification.
• Passing scores on the NCLEX-RN exam.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills for electronic health records (EHR).
