New Grad Nurses

About the role

Seaside Skilled Rehabilitation Center is seeking new graduates or those currently enrolled in accredited nursing programs to join our team. The position offers a generous sign-on bonus of $12,000 and starting wages at $38.00 per hour. Shift differentials can add up to an extra $6.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and professional care to patients
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care plans
• Assist with daily activities of living and medical treatments
• Document patient progress and communicate with family members and healthcare providers

Requirements

• Recent graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Current CPR certification
• Passing scores on the NCLEX-RN exam
