New Grad Nurses

About the role

Hibbard Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation is now hiring new graduates or those currently enrolled in accredited nursing programs. We offer competitive wages starting at $33.00 per hour, with additional incentives through robust shift differentials that can increase earnings up to $6.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and professional care to residents
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to develop and implement resident care plans
• Assist with daily activities of living, medication management, and physical therapy as needed
• Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe environment

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse license in the state of Maine
• Recent graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred, but not required
