About the role
We are seeking a New Grad Nurse to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to adult rehabilitation patients.
Responsibilities
- Conducting patient assessments and monitoring progress
- Administering medications and assisting with mobility and activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Accurately documenting care in the electronic health record (EHR)
- Collaborating with therapists, physicians, and case managers to support patient recovery and discharge planning
