New Grad Nurses

About the role

Hibbard Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation is now hiring new graduates or those nearing graduation from accredited nursing programs. We offer competitive wages starting at $33.00 per hour, with potential additional pay through robust shift differentials up to $6.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and professional care to residents
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss resident care plans
• Assist with daily activities of living, medication administration, and physical therapy as needed
• Document resident care in accordance with regulatory requirements
• Adhere to infection control protocols and safety guidelines

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse license in the state of Maine
• Recent graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

• Pass a background check and drug screening
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment
