About the Role
Provides for patient needs through the use of the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation) and in alignment with the mission statement. Responsible for organization and supervision of care provided by supportive personnel, and coordination of care provided by ancillary services. Includes patients and significant others (SO)/families in developing an individualized plan of care. Educates patients/SO/families about their disease process and plan of care. Serves as patient advocate and provides care to patients with medical, surgical, or other conditions, including chronic medical issues and minor injuries or illnesses.
Requirements
- Diploma Nurses must have 5+ years of progressive care experience.
