Responsibilities

• Directly assigned and provides oversight within the nursing scope of care.
• May be assigned a variety of patients within a given location and may have supervision of non-licensed personnel who may be delegated patient care tasks.
• Deals with pressure to meet deadlines, accuracy, and constantly changing situations.
• Deals with a variety of people, handles stressful situations, and handles conflict.
• Performs all job duties or job tasks as assigned.
• Adheres to all requirements, regulations, and procedures of any licensing board or agency.
• Complies with all Benefis Health System’s organization policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Current state Registered Nurse Licensure, within state of practice
• BLS certification

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience required

Pay

Starting base wage: $35.19/hr + additional hourly incentive and differentials
