Responsibilities
- Develops and delivers complex training programs for military personnel
- Coordinates with clients to assess training needs and schedule programs
- Evaluates trainee progress to assess effectiveness of training
- Counsels and mentors less experienced trainers with technical expertise
- Guides and mentors less experienced trainers with technical expertise
- Provides ongoing support for assigned equipment
Qualifications
- Active Secret Security Clearance
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with 10 years of related experience
- Army MOS 18 Series or MOS 11B (V-Ranger Qualified)
- Advanced knowledge of Firearms, Night Vision, and Thermal equipment
- Knowledge of Army supply chain for New Equipment
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
