New Equipment Fielding/Training Instructor

Responsibilities

  • Develops and delivers complex training programs for military personnel
  • Coordinates with clients to assess training needs and schedule programs
  • Evaluates trainee progress to assess effectiveness of training
  • Counsels and mentors less experienced trainers with technical expertise
  • Guides and mentors less experienced trainers with technical expertise
  • Provides ongoing support for assigned equipment

Qualifications

  • Active Secret Security Clearance
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with 10 years of related experience
  • Army MOS 18 Series or MOS 11B (V-Ranger Qualified)
  • Advanced knowledge of Firearms, Night Vision, and Thermal equipment
  • Knowledge of Army supply chain for New Equipment
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%

Pay

  • $58,500 – $122,800 annually
