Responsibilities
- Develop and present comprehensive training programs on US Military Individual Equipment
- Cook with customers to assess training needs and schedule sessions
- Conduct testing and evaluation to assess trainee progress and training effectiveness
- Design and develop training program elements and modules for complex topics
- Guide less experienced trainers, providing direction and support
- Serve as the Primary Instructor for Operator and Operator/Field Service Representative courses
- Provide sustainment support for assigned equipment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience with 10+ years in a related field
- Must possess Army MOS 18 Series or MOS 11B (V-Ranger Qualified)
- Advanced knowledge of Firearms, Night Vision and Thermal equipment through education and experience
- Understanding of the Army supply system and New Equipment issuance to units
- Active Secret Security Clearance required
- Experience as a military and/or tactical instructor
Pay
$58,500 – $122,800 annually
