Qualifications
- 2+ years of successful experience in B2B sales, preferably in the payroll services or related industry.
- Demonstrated sales acumen, expert insales processes, techniques, and strategies, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify opportunities and overcome challenges.
- Excellent computer and organizational skills.

- The position is Hybrid, and you will be required to be in the office (initially) at least 75% of the time, near the Brooklyn Navy Yard.
- The majority of the territory will be in the New York Metro Market, but you will have the ability to sell virtually anywhere within the United States.
- Play a pivotal role (HUNTER MENTALITY) in driving revenue growth by prospecting, establishing, and maintaining relationships with potential clients.
- Additional responsibilities include generating leads, converting prospects into clients, transitioning them to the Client Services Group, and maximizing opportunities to upsell additional services.
Pay
Salary is between $75,000 - $100,000 plus commissions, benefits, and a generous PTO policy.
