New Account Coordinator

About the role

Cintas is seeking a New Account Coordinator to coordinate the new account install, from the end of the sales process to the first delivery.

Responsibilities

• Interact with the customer and other Cintas departments to coordinate the installation of Cintas products and services
• Access a variety of computer databases to review, download, and manually input/update data in the system
• Install the accounts as efficiently as possible
• Ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the installation process

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• Minimum of 1 year office or project management experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and intranet/internet
• Valid driver’s license

Pay

A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $19.25 - $24.25/hour. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organization needs.

Schedule

Full time, 1st shift.
