Nevada Litigation Attorney

About the role

We are seeking a Nevada-licensed attorney with at least five years of litigation experience to assist with commercial litigation, general litigation, and/or personal injury matters on a remote or hybrid basis. This opportunity can be structured as permanent or contract, and part-time or full-time, depending on the candidate’s preferences.

Responsibilities

• Handle general case workup activities, including written discovery, motion work, depositions, and trial preparation in civil litigation matters.
• Work independently and collaboratively with a team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of legal experience in litigation.
• Licensed to practice law in Nevada.
• Excellent communication skills and academic credentials.
• Outstanding references.

Pay

Annualized compensation ranges from $170,000 to $200,000 (calculated on a full-time basis). Pay is determined by factors such as work experience, qualifications, credentials, and location.
