About the role
This role sits inside our St. Louis office. You'll work side-by-side with our litigation team to tackle complex fact, legal, and logistical issues — managing cases from the claim process through litigation and trial.
Responsibilities
- Manage plaintiff personal injury caseloads from the claim process through litigation and trial
- Interact and negotiate with insurance companies and defense counsel
- Communicate and maintain positive client relationships throughout the life of each case
- Draft correspondence, pleadings, discovery requests and responses, settlement agreements, and other legal documents
- Conduct and defend depositions
- Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and jury trials
Requirements
- Active Missouri Bar license — required
- At least one year of personal injury litigation experience preferred; strong candidates with relevant civil litigation background considered
- Eligibility to obtain Illinois Bar license (UBE score or reciprocity)
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills
- Committed to providing responsive and compassionate client service
- Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Pay
$130,000 – $170,000 Total Compensation
Base salary plus quarterly performance bonus. High performers consistently earn above the range. Total comp grows with you — there is no cap.
