Neuroradiologist Physician Remote/Hybrid
About the role
The applicant will provide clinical coverages for the Neuroradiology services. Must have clinical expertise in all aspects of neuroradiology, including imaging of the brain, head and neck, spine, and pediatric neuroimaging; experience in caring for neuroradiology patients; experience in and ability to teach and supervise medical students, residents and fellows; and have the ability to work cooperatively and collegially within a diverse environment.
Responsibilities
- 85% - Clinical
- Provide clinical coverages for the Neuroradiology services.
- Imaging of the brain, head and neck, spine, and pediatric neuroimaging.
- Care for neuroradiology patients.
- 15% - Teaching
- Teach and supervise medical students, residents and fellows.
- Collaborate with the department to develop and implement educational programs.
Requirements
- Minimum Qualifications:
- Legal requirements for the practice of medicine in CA as determined by the CA Board of Medical Quality Assurance.
- Current California Medical License.
- ABR board eligible.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- DEA Certification.
- CPR Certification.
- Fellowship training in Neuroradiology.
- Residency program in Diagnostic Radiology at an accredited institution, and radiology subspecialty fellowship in Cardiothoracic Radiology.
