Carry out onsite initial psychological consultations for Workers' Compensation patients presenting with concussion and traumatic brain injury (TBI) concerns.
Complete PAX Health's standardized intake process.
Administer and interpret the initial psychological assessment battery, including:

Document clinical findings, impressions, and recommendations.
Complete required clinical documentation and reports in a timely manner.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team regarding clinical findings and next steps.
Maintain compliance with organizational policies and professional standards.
Abide by PAX Health code of ethics and model values.

Doctorate (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Psychology from an accredited institution.
Valid license to practice psychology in the applicable jurisdiction; multi-state practice eligibility (e.g., PSYPACT) is a plus.
Specialized training or experience in neuropsychology (postdoctoral fellowship, supervised experience, or significant clinical practice).
Demonstrated experience conducting neuropsychological assessments and formulating integrated treatment recommendations.
Experience working with individuals affected by neurological, developmental, or cognitive conditions; experience with workers’ compensation and/or no-fault populations preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
Commitment to professional ethics, confidentiality, and the delivery of high-quality clinical care.
Excellent clinical interviewing, assessment, and report-writing skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Initial psychological evaluations are compensated at $250 per evaluation, plus administrative time. 1099 contractors preferred.

Onsite within the designated market. Approximately 4–5 clinical hours every other week to start. Opportunity for growth as the program expands.
