NeuroPsych Account Specialist - Minneapolis South MN

For our client, we are seeking a NeuroPsych Account Specialist - Minneapolis South MN to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This remote role will focus on driving adoption and growth across a defined territory through strategic account management and targeted education. The position will partner closely with healthcare providers, clinical staff, and advocacy groups to advance product awareness and support successful execution in the field. You will also help identify local market barriers and opportunities, using disciplined sales planning and resource management to deliver strong territory results. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $123,100 – $168,000 annually Responsibilities Drive product acceptance and growth through education and strategic account management Execute territory sales strategies via in-person and virtual communications Identify and address territory-specific opportunities and barriers to product success Manage promotional resources and budget effectively Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, clinical staff, and advocacy groups Qualifications BS/BA degree in science or a related field with 4 years of commercial pharma/biotech experience, including 3+ years in specialty pharmaceutical sales Knowledge of healthcare regulatory environments and best practices Track record of meeting and exceeding sales objectives Experience with Salesforce automation platforms and business intelligence tools Master's degree in science or a related field with 2+ years of similar experience is acceptable Benefits Retirement savings plan with company match Paid vacation, holiday, and personal days Paid caregiver/parental and medical leave Health benefits: medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
