Neurology Faculty Recruitment Coordinator
Job Summary and Responsibilities
As our Neurology Faculty Recruitment Coordinator, you will provide comprehensive support to leadership and ensure an environment of efficiency and high-quality service. Your responsibilities include:
- Coordinating the Department of Neurology Chair's office activities
- Effective communication and handling diversified and complex administrative functions with internal and external customers
- Liaison for Chair between various stakeholders including BNI and hospital executive and administrative staff, faculty and other medical staff, clinic operations management and staff, clinical research management and staff, BNI Foundation donors, management and staff, neurology outreach customers, patients, and other internal/external customers
- Overseeing the neurology faculty recruitment site visit program across all neurology and neurosurgery subspecialties
- Facilitating candidate Employment Offer letters and related employment documentation on behalf of Chair and BNI senior executives
- Managing the neurology faculty recruitment site visit program across all neurology subspecialties
- Developing, posting, and tracking recruitment ads with AAN, ANA, Doximity, and other venues
- Overseeing recruitment ad contracts and processing recruitment ad expenses for payment
- Planning and facilitating initial and follow-up site visit itineraries, including site introductions, 1:1 interview sessions, luncheons, off-site dinner events, off-site local University meetings, realtor and/or other activities for candidates or their families
- Supporting the Neurology Vice Chair and faculty in scheduling guest speakers for Neurology Grand Rounds Visiting Professor lectures and site visits
- Developing and managing Neurology SharePoint faculty bi-annual reporting function and processes
- Reviewing protocols, activities, and informed consents to ensure regulatory needs are met where appropriate
- Maintaining databases for the department or function
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 5 years related experience
- Job-related training, documentation compliance
- Strong computer skills

- Physician transaction training - Hospital and physician relationships

Pay Range
$26.76 - $39.81 /hour
