Neurology Epilepsy Physician
About the Role
We are seeking a Full-time Adult Epileptologist to evaluate and manage patients with refractory epilepsy. This role involves conducting medical and surgical epilepsy workups, including phase I EMU evaluations, managing chronic epilepsy treatments, performing EEGs (including continuous and rapid readings), and overseeing neuromodulator device management.
You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including neuro-trained nurse practitioners, research staff, and specialists in MS, neuromuscular disorders, stroke, sleep, headache, neurorehabilitation, and movement disorders.
Responsibilities
- Conduct medical and surgical epilepsy workups, including phase I EMU evaluations
- Manage chronic epilepsy treatments
- Perform EEGs, including continuous and rapid readings
- Oversee neuromodulator device management
Requirements
- Fellowship training in epilepsy (required)
