Responsibilities
- Performs neurodiagnostic procedures which may include EEG, LTM, EMU, EMG, NCV, EP utilizing standard protocols supported by the American Society of Electro neurodiagnostic Technologists.
- Affixes to long term monitoring under guidance and/or supervision of Long Term Monitoring Tech and/or Lead Monitoring tech.
- Prepares patients for procedures, transports equipment, enters patient charges, and maintains supply inventory.
Requirements
- AAS through Neurodiagnostic program or proof of CEUs
- Six months of experience (can be internship)
- BLS certificate through the American Heart Association
- Preferred: Registration via ABRET for EEG
- Two years of experience
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited program in electrodiagnostic technology
- Current BLS certification

- Proficiency in using neurodiagnostic equipment
