Responsibilities

  • Conduct complex electroneurodiagnostic procedures and review, analyze, and prepare descriptive reports following procedure.
  • Complete daily laboratory operations with the main emphasis on high-quality patient-related procedures which adhere to guidelines and technical standards.
  • Interact with patients and families regarding procedural direction and information, developing patient rapport and confidence.
  • Implement alternative methods and/or make necessary adjustments to obtain optimal recording, adapting procedures to particular clinical circumstances.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an electroneurodiagnostic tech program
  • Four (4) years of relevant training and experience may be considered in lieu of graduation from an electroneurodiagnostic tech program in addition to the experience below.
  • One (1) year of experience as a practicing clinical Electroneurodiagnostic Technologist
  • Certification as a Registered EEG Technologist (REEGT) from the American Board of Registration of Electroneurodiagnostic Technologists upon hire

Qualifications

  • CPR/BLS certification upon hire

Pay

This position may be eligible for a $10,000,000 sign-on bonus (pro-rated based on FTE). Additional components of compensation may include: Evening and night shift differential, Weekend differential, and Relocation assistance may be available for qualified applicants.

Schedule

No mandatory shift changes and no call.
