Neurocritical Care Nurse Practitioner

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and manage critically ill neurological patients in an ICU setting.
• Collaborate with neurologists, intensivists, and care teams to provide comprehensive care.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, adjust complex treatment plans, and manage ventilators and hemodynamics.
• Perform procedures within scope of practice and ensure thorough documentation of patient care.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience in neurocritical care or ICU settings preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, decision-making, and procedural skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a high-acuity environment.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
