Neuro Step Down Nurse (Full-Time/Part-Time)

Role Overview Provides direct patient care activities, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, within established nursing standards. Key Responsibilities Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, home care, and medication use.Participates in ensuring patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, while engaging in professional development.Develops and documents individualized care plans with measurable goals, collaborating with the healthcare team, patients, and families.Utilizes critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences and cultural considerations. Qualifications & Skills Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate's Degree; Bachelor’s preferred.Licenses & Certifications: Valid RN license.Experience: No prior experience required; 2+ years preferred for advanced roles.Skills: Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking abilities; ability to work safely in a high-alert environment.
