Neuro Step Down Nurse (Full-Time)

About the role

This is a full-time nursing position focused on providing direct patient care within a neurological unit that also cares for general medicine patients. The nurse will assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, patients, and families. The role requires promoting patient-centered care, educating patients on managing their conditions, ensuring safety and quality compliance, and communicating care plans across the continuum. The role requires critical assessment of physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values and cultural considerations. This position emphasizes safety sensitivity and professional development.
