About the role

This is a full-time nursing position responsible for delivering direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, within established nursing standards. The role emphasizes safety, patient advocacy, and collaborative care within a dynamic healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient- and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment needs, and medication administration.
• Participate in activities promoting patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, while engaging in professional development.
• Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans collaboratively with the healthcare team, patients, and families, ensuring effective communication across care continuum.
• Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, values, and cultural factors.
• Maintain safety-sensitive practices, working alertly and safely at all times.

Qualifications

• Educational requirements include a Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Licensure as an RN is mandatory.
• Experience requirements include no prior experience for entry-level; a minimum of 2 years preferred for advanced roles.
