Job Summary and Responsibilities

You will deliver compassionate, high-quality care that impacts patients' well-being and recovery. Key responsibilities include:

• Leverage expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care.
• Make critical assessments and perform skilled procedures.
• Meticulously implement patient care plans.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to contribute to optimal patient outcomes.
• Utilize assessment skills, critical thinking, and a patient-first mindset.
• Show sense of urgency and dedication to excellence in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide comprehensive, safe, and effective nursing care.
• Organize and prioritize patient care activities.
• Demonstrate accountability for ethical behavior and support ethical practice.
• Serve as an advocate for patients' needs through holistic care practices.
• Recognize and adapt to changes in patients' condition promptly and clinically appropriately.
• Use SBAR format to notify physicians and other providers of clinical findings.
• Perform nurse-to-nurse report at the bedside.

Job Requirements

• Required: ADN, Diploma, BSN or Foreign Equivalent
• Registered Nurse: AZ American Heart Association BLS
• PREFERRED: Bachelors of Science Nursing
• One year recent acute care experience

$35.00 - $58.63 /hour
