What You Will Do
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of Interventional Procedures Technologists, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations
- Foster a collaborative team environment that supports professional growth and teamwork
- Perform complex interventional radiology procedures while maintaining sterile technique and patient safety
- Ensure adherence to radiation safety protocols to minimize exposure to patients and staff
- Oversee operation, maintenance, and quality control of imaging equipment, including fluoroscopy and other interventional imaging systems
- Cook up equipment readiness, repairs, and preventative maintenance
- Prepare patients for procedures, explain processes, and address patient concerns
- Monitor patient condition and vital signs during procedures and respond appropriately to changes
What You Will Need
- Bachelor’s Degree in Radiologic Technology; required
- Minimum of 5 years of Interventional Radiology experience and 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience; required
- Experience with vendors and invoicing
- Current ARRT Radiography (R) and Cardiac-Interventional Technology (CV) certifications; required
- Current BLS, ACLS, and Heartsaver CPR certifications through the American Heart Association; required

Qualifications

The hourly pay range is $39.72 - $61.57, determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.
